We do workplace HIV/AIDS Programmes that are based and linked to the HIV/AIDS workplace policy. Where the policy is non-existent we start by developing it and we convert policy statement into an action based workplace programme.
The HIV/AIDS policy development is based on holistic principles where we provide a comprehensive policy that incorporates prevention and care aspects. It also looks at wellness management aspects, which focus on programmes that will ensure productivity at work and a prolonged life for the infected people.
We facilitate and projects manage the implementation of HIV/AIDS workplace programme at the request of the client. During this phase, we build capacity within an organisation for it to be able to implement and run the programme on an ongoing basis.
