About Tenic Group


TENIC TRADING is 100% black owned company that was founded in 2015. The formation of the company was motivated by the member’s sense of growth and the desire to improve business performance and impact positively on the socio – economic factors in the country. The company is has an extension of scope with Umalusi. We are a National company and our head office is based in Polokwane. The company has a staff compliment of 5 full time and 10 casuals.

  • Employment Equity Act
  • Skills Development Act
  • Skills Development Levies Act
  • Labour Relations Act
  • Basic Conditions of Employment Act
  • Occupational, Health and Safety Act
  • Compensation for Operational Injuries and Diseases Act
  • Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA) requirements

TENIC meets all the requirements of the above acts and regulations and will continue to do so through accreditation as a training provider and continuous internal quality control, assessment and audit.

Accreditation Status


TENIC Trading with and as Esturom guards and AGSA Has access to training rights and is fully accredited with CATHSSETA ETQA department until November 2019. Its accreditation number is 613/P/000030/2004

TENIC has also been awarded a certificate as an institute of occupational excellence by THETA which was valid until 2018. The certificate recognises the achievements that TENIC has achieved in delivering training in the tourism, hospitality, gaming and sports and

Tenic Trading Pty Ltd Ltd [TENIC] is a black owned company that delivers training and other related services to adult learners and supplies training related services nationally. Our main focus is Hospitality, Tourism, Guiding, Event Management, Conservation, Sport and Craft production training, general services and agricultural services. African Global Skills Academy complies with the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Act.




It is the vision of TENIC to create centres of excellence that will take human resource development to a level where its relationship with industry will lead to the creation and guaranteeing of jobs for all its learners and any client receiving our services.
