• Assisting employers with the administrative and legal requirements for the establishment and maintaining of sustainable training and development programmes.

• TENIC will ensure that successful learners will be in possession of accredited national qualifications that meets the highest academic standards;
• TENIC is concerned with the advancement of quality skills development in the workplace through the design and monitoring of quality assurance policies and procedures, by providing support and guidance to learners, facilitators and employers;
• TENIC focuses on lifelong learning that is relevant, practical and credible;
• TENIC is committed to human development as a pre-requisite to socio-economic and political development through providing quality service, transformation, exceeding expectations and providing individual attention;
• TENIC refuses to accept poverty as a way of life in Africa and in particular South Africa;
• TENIC believes that poverty can only be eradicated permanently by the development of personal and technical skills;
• TENIC believes that in order to be successful, employees need to be trained and their skills developed.

• To have financial stability through creation of a fund that can secure employee 12 months salaries
• To achieve reaccreditation before November 2019. This has already been achieved in June 2018
• To continue to grow and regain our status of being a medium sized company
• Successful completion of secured projects and securing of further projects
• Expanding of current programs to other skills development fields and obtaining registration from at least two further SETA’s.

• Developing more program to increase its product offering
• Partnership with public sector educational institutions to achieve growth opportunities.
• Constant restructuring of business model and evaluation of Quality Management Systems to ensure relevance and maintaining of competitive edge
• Developing and securing TENIC as a meaningful brand in the private education and catering provision of catering and canteen related service to the south African market
